- Partner closely with founders and business leaders on organizational and people-related decisions.
What We Are Looking For:
- 9+ years of overall HR experience, with significant experience in a startup, scale-up or high-growth organization.
- Experience in building and scaling HR processes and teams from scratch.
- Strong exposure to both strategic HR and hands-on execution.
- Experience managing HR across multiple locations is preferred.
- Experience in logistics, retail, operations or other high-volume workforce environments will be an advantage.
- Strong understanding of HR compliance and employee relations.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous and constantly evolving environment.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect people strategy with business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and leadership skills.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate is a builder - someone who can move between strategy and execution, work closely with the founders, solve problems independently and build an HR function capable of supporting Inamo's next stage of growth.
