1. Primary responsibility is to do IT recruiting for Skillmine.   - Sourcing & Screening  - Scheduling & coordination  - Offer and on-boarding  - Profile Database  - Reporting  2. The role if for those individuals who want to work from home and have decent experience in IT Recruitment  3. Basic education degree with min 3 year of HR experience specific to recruitment is a MUST  4. The candidate should have excellent communication skills  5. Should have a basic understanding of IT   6. The candidate should be able to use social networking to source profiles  Essential matters:  1. Should be self organized to work full-time from home.   2. This is a full time position in the company.  3. The employee may have to go to office for face to face & review meetings 1 or 2 times a month  4. The employee should be having a reasonable facility at home to  - With less interference and noise  - Able to do interview calls with candidates  - Able to do video calls with office colleagues and candidates as required  5. The technology kit i.e. Laptop, Broadband etc will be provided to the candidate  6. Any tools or subscriptions needed will be provided.
