About The Role:

- We're looking for a data-driven Growth Manager to lead our end-to-end user acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.

- The ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with creative experimentation to drive measurable business growth across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and execute full-funnel growth strategies across paid, organic, and lifecycle channels.

- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities through data analysis, user insights, and market research.

- Own growth metrics: CAC, LTV, ROAS, retention rate, and funnel conversion.

Performance Marketing:

- Manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other key channels.

- Optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality through continuous A/B testing and funnel optimization.

- Collaborate with creative and content teams to test new ad formats, audiences, and landing pages.

SEO Growth:

- Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO initiatives.

- Work with content and tech teams to improve organic traffic and keyword rankings.

- Track and report SEO performance metrics (CTR, keyword movement, organic leads, etc.

Retention Marketing:

- Design and execute retention strategies via CRM, email, WhatsApp, push notifications, and remarketing.

- Improve user engagement through personalized journeys and automation flows.

- Collaborate with product and content teams to enhance user experience and repeat engagement.

Analytics & Experimentation:

- Set up, monitor, and analyze data using tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and CRM dashboards.

- Run growth experiments (A/B, multivariate) to improve acquisition, activation, and retention.

- Prepare periodic reports on performance, insights, and recommendations for leadership.

Skills & Requirements:

- 6-10 years of experience in Growth, Performance, or Digital Marketing roles.

- Proven track record in scaling user acquisition and retention for digital-first brands.

Hands-on experience with:.

- SEO tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console.

- Performance tools: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, DV360.

- CRM/Automation: HubSpot, WebEngage, MoEngage, or similar.

- Analytics: Google Analytics (GA4), Google Data Studio, Excel/Sheets.

- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, conversion optimization, and cohort analysis.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
