Job Title : Manager - Digital Enablement & Workflow Automation, CSS

Reporting To : Director - Technology Transformation, CSS

Role Overview :

As Manager - Digital Enablement & Workflow Automation, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiencies through smart, tech-enabled process design.

You will collaborate closely with operations and product teams to identify automation opportunities, implement digital solutions, and ensure adoption across clinical support functions.

A key focus of this role will be AI solutioning-specifically architecting, prototyping, and overseeing the development of applications built on OpenAI models to solve complex workflow challenges.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work with process owners to identify inefficiencies and areas ripe for automation or tech enablement.

- Architect end-to-end AI solutions, translating business operational gaps into technical requirements for engineering teams leveraging OpenAI APIs (e. g. GPT models, Embeddings, Assistants API).

- Translate business needs into detailed requirements and work with product/engineering teams to implement solutions.

- Lead pilots, rollouts, and change management for new tools and workflows.

- Monitor impact metrics (TAT, accuracy, FTE productivity) and ensure ROI of deployed solutions.

- Develop SOPs and training materials to support smooth adoption of new processes.

- Stay updated on automation trends (RPA, low-code/no-code platforms, AI tools) and recommend applications.

Key Requirements :

- 6-9 years of experience in healthcare operations, business process management, or healthcare IT.

- Hands-on exposure to development and solutioning using OpenAI models, including an understanding of prompt engineering

- Exposure to digital transformation projects in healthcare services is a strong plus.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with workflow tools (e. g. Appian, UiPath, Power Automate) preferred.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Life Sciences, or a related field
