The role will also involve working with institute leadership on strategic HR activities related to other entities in the Institute. Key Responsibilities: - Establish and provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits. - Work closely with function heads, understand the business requirements and provide HR solutions to help them meet their goals. - Develop, interpret and implement policies and procedures to further the company's goals with a data-driven mindset, conduct market bench marking and analysis. - Design and implement the learning & development roadmap for the organization that enable development of Leadership & Managerial capabilities at various levels in the organization. - Work closely with the leadership team to continuously evolve our employee experience by optimizing internal events, onboarding, communication, feedback mechanisms, and employee interactions. - Design and implement HR automation process enabling data management and HR analytics for effective retention and career progression plans. - Build performance management processes for identified roles in the Institute. - Hire senior level talent for professional positions across the Institute. Qualification & Experience (Required): - 20 + years of experience in human resources as a people leader working directly with other department heads. - Post-Graduate/ Advanced Degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field - Proven record of experience as a Chief People Officer, VP of HR or similar role - In-depth knowledge of all HR functions leading for diversity, equity, and inclusion - Proven ability to work effectively with a wide-range of stakeholders to identify resolve people-related issues - High emotional intelligence with the ability to navigate and discuss sensitive or challenging topics - Able to comfortably engage with executive stakeholders, including board members and peers at other companies - Strategic understanding of matters such as employee happiness, performance, hiring, culture transformation, and organizational development, and employer branding - A data-driven leadership who can connect workforce and business outcomes - Technology-driven approach - Ability to think analytically and strategically and work under tight deadlines.
