Fund raising compliances by way of private placement or public issue 3. Filing of returns, applications, documents, notices etc, with ROC 4. Maintaining of Statutory Records/Registers 5. Preparing of notices, agendas, minutes of board, committee and general meetings 6. Liaising with internal and external departments 7. Drafting of representations, letters 8. Preparing and finalizing of quarterly compliance reports to DTs 9. Intimation to Stock Exchange on quarterly basis for record dates, interest/redemption payments 10. XBRL filing of financial results, interest and/or redemption payments, quarterly reports on corporate governance, related party transactions, record date intimations 11. Filing of corporate action form for extinguishment of securities 12. Compliance tool management 13. Managing Compliance w.r.t. opening/closing/shifting of branches 14. Vendor payment management including sitting fees to directors 15. Managing Secretarial and Internal Audits 16. Website management 17. Investor Education and Protection Fund filing on monthly and annual basis 18. Managing Investor Complaints and filing ATR on SCORES portal
