Key Responsibilities
Client Implementation & Engagement
- Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and client satisfaction.
- Maintain strong post-implementation relationships to drive product adoption, client retention, and satisfaction.
- Consistently achieve high Net Promoter Scores (NPS) through proactive client engagement.
Regional Operations & Resource Management
- Optimise resource allocation for support, rollouts, and training activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and manage escalations.
Financial Performance & Collections
- Drive renewals and collections for Annual License Renewals (ALR) and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
Technical & Analytical Expertise
- A Monitor team productivity, service quality, and adherence to operational processes.
Qualifications & Experience
Strategic Sales Leadership
- Operate with high autonomy, driving results through independent decision-making and accountability.
- Manage the complete sales cycleprospecting, qualification, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiations, closure, and account expansion.
Business Growth & Customer Engagement
- Identify emerging market trends, competitive moves, and new business opportunities in the region.
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning solutions to their business needs.
Channel & Partner Management
- Build relationships with system integrators, resellers, and strategic partners to enhance market reach.
Performance & Revenue Achievement
- Provide accurate forecasts and actionable insights to leadership for informed business planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Contribute market intelligence to guide product roadmaps and GTM strategies.
