Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic digital marketing generalist to accelerate our digital presence and lead generation efforts across the B2B buyer journey.

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on marketer with a strong foundation in digital channels (search, social, paid, etc.), experience with martech platforms, and an analytical mindset.

Experience in industrial and SaaS sectors preferred.

A digital ninja who can whip up landing pages, to complex reports in a jiffy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel digital campaigns for lead generation and brand visibility in target industries.

- Manage and grow website and other digital properties.

- Manage on-page and off-page SEO, conduct keyword research, collaborate with content teams and optimize landing pages for conversion.

- Leverage marketing automation,CRM and analytics platforms to measure, optimize and scale digital campaigns and processes.

- Track KPIs (traffic, leads, engagement, conversion rates, ORM), prepare reports & dashboards, analyze funnel performance, and make data-driven recommendations.

- Coordinate with sales, product, and content teams to align campaigns with business priorities and industry events.

- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and digital benchmarks to identify growth opportunities.

- Test new channels, tactics, and content formats to improve pipeline velocity and marketing ROI.

- Manage billing & vendors on day-to-day basis.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum 5-6 years hands-on experience in B2B digital marketing.

- Proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs), Google Analytics, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and email automation platforms.

- Experience managing and reporting on multi-channel digital campaigns.

- Familiarity with martech stacks (CRM, MAP, analytics), basic HTML/CMS usage & knowledge of CMS frameworks and platforms.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.

- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
