Position Sr Manager Marketing (Specialist in Marketing Communication).
Location Mumbai (Andheri East).
Working days Monday to Friday.
About the Job:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager Marketing with a strong specialization in Marketing Communication.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication initiatives that elevate brand visibility, strengthen market positioning, and drive engagement across multiple channels.
This role requires a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and strong execution skills to ensure our messaging resonates with target audiences and supports business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated marketing communication strategies aligned with corporate goals and brand guidelines.
- Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation.
- Oversee creation of high-quality content for campaigns, digital platforms, PR, and corporate communications.
- Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, PR) to drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with media, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance brand credibility.
- Manage social media presence, SEO/SEM initiatives, and online brand reputation.
- Lead planning and execution of events, exhibitions, webinars, and sponsorship activities.
- Track, measure, and analyse campaign performance; recommend improvements for ROI maximization.
- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align communication efforts with business priorities.
- Plan and manage marketing communication budgets effectively.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Masters/Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focusing on marketing communication.
- Proven track record of managing brand communications and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, and event management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong storytelling ability.
- Experience in working with agencies, creative teams, and media partners.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in marketing analytics tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint & Excel); knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, and digital tools is an advantage.
- Must have prior experience in leading and managing a team.
