
Lead - Training & Development
Job Description:
The ideal incumbent should have led the training function for a large multi-location brand, preferably moved from Retail/QSR Ops role to a Training role. The role will be responsible for managing and driving the L&D Agenda for the organization with cross functional stakeholder management across Ops, HR and Category teams.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Conduct detailed Training need analysis for the organization, Define the Training calendar for the field trainers and category trainers
- Understand the nuances of Product & process training related to home building industry.
- Independently create / give input on the Training content for ease of understanding and simplification, when required.
- Adept at creating workflows, launching and managing a LMS system for a large organization.
- Manage new store opening training & certifications with multiple stake holders within the organization.
- Content development - Visualize/create/Input on training content PPT, Videos, Tools
- Regular field visits with a disciplined calendarized routine & be able to get a gauge the ongoing business need like Sales targets, profit targets, Attrition, NPS targets, customer, employee issues in the field
- On the field be able to create programs for all level of the organization, especially the management cadre.
- Must be good with large data management and publishing periodic dashboards
- Must be open to intercity travel
- Regional South Indian languages will be preferable, not mandatory.
