The Offerings include Strategy & Business Advisory Services, Analytics, Application Services and Process Outsourcing.  - The primary responsibility of the ISA Telco SME / Business Development Executive is to develop opportunities and sales of IBM's Digital Service Provider solution portfolio from GBS perspective to drive market share growth in CAMSS and Industry Solutions for the Telecom Industry.  - The Digital SME / BDE Engages with Client LoB executives and IBM brand Engagement teams to develop and progress cross brand CAMSS / Smarter Planet Industry Solutions.   The BDE will be measured by individual contribution to :   - GBS Industry Solutions Signings, and Client Value Engagements into named accounts.  - The Digital SME / BDE is an expert in Telco Analytics/Smarter Commerce solution offerings and will virtually lead multi-functional teams to develop and close complex, leading-edge, high-value industry specific solution opportunities, planning and leading engagements with the highest levels of customer management.   - This professional anticipates, creates and defines innovative solution sales strategies and customer solutions in a specific industry account context, with executive review, and provides input to development of industry offerings, and is considered as an expert and leader inside and outside IBM.   This professional conveys total business value of a solution offering to the client, develops winning proposal(s) and performs successful negotiations, and utilizes IBM organization to sell the solutions portfolio.  Required Skills :   - Business development and proven sales experience on innovation projects of large scale, complex business/technical solution  - Ability to manage Client Relationships, including C level  - Track record to meet and exceed a sales target  - In-depth communications Industry knowledge and solutions thought leadership  - Passion for the telco business and willingness to take challenges of taking new initiatives on the job  - Great communication skills to work in complex organizational environment  - At least 10 years experience in communications industry  - The candidate must be an expert in the area of Digital Front Office  - Adept in domains like total process automation, Agile, Design Thinking, soft products and platform, cloud, digitization across customer experience channels and segments, creation of digital ecosystem.   Degree : Bachelors or equivalent experiences, preferably MBA from a reputed B-school
