Job Summary:
We are looking for a Legal - Attorney with strong experience in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), IT/Commercial Contracts, Contract Negotiation, Risk & Compliance, and Data Privacy. The candidate should have prior experience working in a law firm and exposure to IT contracts with in-house counsel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) process from drafting through execution and closure.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and manage Commercial and IT contracts.
- Handle IT contract negotiations with clients, vendors, government bodies, and commercial entities.
- Provide legal advice on contractual risks, obligations, and compliance requirements.
- Support Risk & Compliance Advisory activities related to commercial and technology contracts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and clients on contract negotiation and resolution of contractual issues.
- Review contracts involving SaaS, Software, IT Services, Technology, and related commercial arrangements.
- Provide guidance on GDPR and Data Privacy requirements applicable to contracts and business operations.
- Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
- Support pre-contract and post-contract activities, including amendments, renewals, disputes, and obligations.
- Experience in SaaS, Software, or IT Services is mandatory.
- Exposure to Risk & Compliance Advisory.
- Strong stakeholder and client negotiation skills.
