Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and lead comprehensive performance marketing strategies focused on driving customer acquisition and conversion.
- Drive and optimize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve organic search rankings and increase web traffic.
- Manage and enhance SEM (Search Engine Marketing) campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads etc.) for maximum effectiveness.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant digital channels, ensuring efficient budget utilization and strong campaign performance.
- Develop and execute impactful content marketing strategies to engage target audiences, enhance brand visibility, and drive inbound traffic.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with affiliates and influencers to expand reach, generate leads, and drive bookings.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of all marketing campaign performance metrics, identify key trends, and implement data-driven optimizations to maximize ROI (Return on Investment).
- Spearhead new growth initiatives and experiment with innovative marketing channels to explore untapped opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular reports on marketing performance, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in digital marketing specifically at an online travel agency (OTA).
- Proven track record in designing, executing, and optimizing performance marketing and growth initiatives.
Strong hands-on experience with:
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- SEM (Search Engine Marketing) / Google Ads
- Paid Social Media Advertising (e.g., Facebook Ads)
- Content Marketing
- Affiliate Marketing
- Influencer Marketing
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret complex data, derive actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate strategies, present findings, and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- In-depth understanding of the online travel industry, its competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
