Responsibilities:

- Achieve monthly sales performance objectives through effective sales presentations to customers and thorough product knowledge (including knowledge of competitive products).

- Monitor the stock levels with the Chemists & stockists.

- Maintain and consistently adhere to territory sales plans to maximize sales performance.

- Maintain consistent, routine communication with colleagues (phone, email, written) to consistently improve territory and sales performance.

- Maintain consistent adherence to high standards of professionalism and performance.

- Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and yearly sales goals.

- Excellent work ethic and customer-focused orientation.

- Demonstrated selling skills, organization, focus and determination.

- Preferably working with an MNC in cosmetic dermatology.

- Competency in KOL Management.

Qualifications:

- 5 - 10 years of pharma sales experience (derma preferred).

- Strong leadership & team-handling skills.

- Excellent communication and market understanding.

- Experience handling AP & Telangana.
