Role Description:

- This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Operations Manager based in Mumbai.

- The Assistant Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, coordinate between departments, and ensure efficient execution of projects.

- Responsibilities include assisting in planning and implementing operational strategies, managing resources and schedules, monitoring progress, and communicating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- The role also involves identifying areas for operational improvements and providing solutions to enhance workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Operations Management, Project Coordination, and Resource Allocation.

- Strong skills in Team Leadership, Communication, and Interpersonal Relations.

- Experience in Process Improvement and Problem Solving.

- Excellent Organizational, Time Management, and Multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Previous experience in operations or a similar management role is preferred.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based, fast-paced professional environment.

- Minimum 5-6 years of work experience in operations planning and execution.

- Experience in exhibition or trade show planning and execution will be big plus.
