Role Overview :

As a Senior AI Automation Consultant, you will be at the forefront of designing and implementing intelligent automation solutions for our clients, leveraging cutting-edge technologies like Machine Learning, Large Language Models (LLMs), and workflow automation platforms such as n8n. Your day-to-day will involve understanding complex business processes, identifying automation opportunities, developing innovative AI-powered workflows, and guiding clients through the implementation and adoption of these solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver impactful automation projects that drive significant improvements in efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for automation using AI and workflow automation technologies.

- Design and develop end-to-end automation solutions, integrating Machine Learning models, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms like n8n.

- Lead the implementation of automation projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.

- Collaborate with data scientists to develop and deploy Machine Learning models for various automation use cases.

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for automation solutions, including design specifications, implementation guides, and user manuals.

- Present automation solutions and project updates to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating the value and impact of the solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, Machine Learning, and workflow automation technologies, and proactively identify opportunities to leverage these technologies to improve our solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement end-to-end automation solutions using Machine Learning, LLMs, and workflow automation platforms like n8n.

- Proven experience in analyzing business processes and identifying automation opportunities.

- Strong understanding of Machine Learning algorithms and techniques, with the ability to apply them to real-world automation problems.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- Adaptable to working in a remote/hybrid environment, collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
