Pre-requisite:

Qualification: MBA in Marketing

Location: Mumbai

Type: Full time and Work from Office

Experience: 8 - 11 years in growth, marketing, or product roles with 3+ years relevant experience in a leadership position (e.g., Head/ VP/ AVP) within a B2B SaaS company, preferably in FinTech or Lending Tech.

Skills Required:

- Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, lead generation, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Marketing Automation and CRM platforms).

- Expertise in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization and growth hacking methodologies.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills

- Familiarity with the Indian FinTech/BFSI landscape is highly desirable.

Roles and responsibilities:

Acquisition & Conversion:

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new B2B clients in the BFSI/NBFC sector.

- Optimize end-to-end growth funnels for user acquisition and activation of our Lending Tech products (e.g., goOriginate, goCollect).

- Lead targeted marketing campaigns across B2B channels, including content, SEO/SEM, email, and performance marketing, with a focus on media planning and spends.

Retention & Engagement:

- Implement strategies to enhance user engagement and retention for our Lending Tech products.

- Utilize data to understand user behavior and identify retention opportunities.

Growth Planning & Execution:

- Build and execute a holistic, data-driven growth plan aligned with business objectives.

- Identify key growth levers across product, marketing, sales, and partnerships.

- Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Marketing & Growth Leadership:

- Oversee all growth marketing initiatives, including media planning and optimizing media spends.

- Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CAC, CLTV, conversion rates, MQLs, and SQLs to drive continuous improvement.

- Collaborate with product development, project implementation, sales, and marketing teams to align growth initiatives and foster a culture of experimentation
