Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy, network infrastructure, and innovation roadmap.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network architecture, capacity planning, and performance engineering, with hands-on expertise in managing large-scale ISP or telecom environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Network Architecture & Design
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of scalable and high-performance network infrastructure.
- Oversee end-to-end architecture covering data centers, connectivity, and cloud integration.
Capacity Planning & Performance Engineering
- Forecast network growth and design for optimal capacity utilization.
- Ensure consistent performance, reliability, and scalability of systems and services.
Innovation & Technology Roadmap
- Define the long-term technology strategy and drive innovation initiatives.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and customer experience.
Network Security & Reliability
- Implement and monitor robust network security practices.
- Ensure high availability, disaster recovery, and risk mitigation across systems.
Collaboration & Governance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align technology goals with business objectives.
- Establish IT governance frameworks, compliance standards, and process excellence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in ISP, telecom, or technology infrastructure roles.
- Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership or management position.
- Strong expertise in network architecture, traffic engineering, capacity planning, and data analytics.
- In-depth understanding of security frameworks, automation tools, and network optimization.
- Proven ability to lead diverse technical teams and deliver strategic outcomes
