Role Overview :
As the Director/Senior Director/AVP of Recruitment Operations & Workforce Delivery, you will be responsible for architecting and executing the talent acquisition strategy to support Hurix Systems' rapid growth. You will lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, ensuring that the organization attracts and retains top-tier talent across technical and creative domains. Working closely with the executive leadership team and department heads, you will align workforce planning with business objectives, ensuring that the company maintains a competitive edge in service delivery and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in scaling the organization's human capital and fostering a high-performance culture across our Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai offices.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with the long-term business goals and project delivery requirements of the organization.
- Oversee large-scale workforce planning initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation across various business units and service lines.
- Drive leadership hiring efforts by identifying and onboarding senior-level talent capable of steering the company's strategic initiatives.
- Optimize recruitment operations and service delivery models to improve time-to-hire, quality of hire, and overall candidate experience.
- Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and develop proactive talent pipelines for niche skill sets in the digital and technology sectors.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of accountability, data-driven decision-making, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor key performance indicators and talent metrics to provide actionable insights to the leadership team regarding workforce trends and market competitiveness.
Required Skillset :
- Demonstrated expertise in managing complex recruitment operations and workforce delivery within a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.
- Proven ability to lead high-stakes leadership hiring mandates and build strong relationships with executive stakeholders.
- Exceptional strategic planning skills, with a track record of aligning talent acquisition processes with organizational growth targets.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of utilizing recruitment data and market intelligence to drive operational efficiency and informed decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and represent the company's brand to senior-level candidates.
- Ability to navigate a hybrid work environment effectively, ensuring seamless collaboration across the Mumbai, Pune, and Chennai locations.
- A minimum of 12 to 18 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment operations, preferably within the IT or digital services industry.
- A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related management field from a reputed institution is highly preferred.
