Key Responsibilities: - Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, andonboarding candidates - Coordinate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and role requirements - Maintain and update HR databases, records, and reports - Handle employee documentation, offer letters, contracts, and HR compliance - Drive employee engagement activities and assist in performance review processes - Support payroll inputs, attendance tracking, and leave management - Address employee queries regarding HR policies and resolve workplace concerns - Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned withbusiness goals - Ensure smooth onboarding and induction processes for new employees Requirements: - Bachelors degree required; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred - 2-3 years of proven experience in HR operations or recruitment - Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and general HR practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HRMS tools - High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a problem-solving mindset What We Offer: A collaborative and learning-driven work environment Opportunities to work on strategic HR projects Exposure to working with clients and HR leaders across industries Growth opportunities in line with performance and ownership
