About the Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and creative HR professional to join our Human Resources team as DM Employee Engagement & Culture Building. The role focuses on driving employee engagement, communication, well-being, and culture-building initiatives that align with organizational values and enhance the overall employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Culture:
- Design and implement engagement strategies covering communication, recognition, and grievance redressal platforms.
- Conduct surveys, analyze feedback, and partner with stakeholders for action planning.
Employee Well-being:
- Champion wellness and welfare initiatives including EAP and mental health programs.
- Foster a culture of care, belonging, and inclusivity.
Communication & Connect:
- Develop engaging internal communication content for town halls, newsletters, and leader connect sessions.
- Standardize HR communication templates and branding for consistent messaging.
Rewards & Recognition:
- Manage and digitize R&R programs ensuring alignment with business and cultural objectives.
- Lead Long Service Awards, milestone celebrations, and innovation-linked recognition initiatives.
Other HR Initiatives:
- Support HR policy updates, attrition analysis, and retention strategy formulation.
- Partner with HR and business teams for change management and HR transformation projects.
Core & Functional Competencies:
- Strong expertise in Employee Engagement and R&R programs.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.
- Proficient in HRMS/HR technology, MS Excel, and data analysis.
- Digital savvy, analytical thinker, and collaborative team player.
- Exposure to HR Analytics and Compensation & Benefits will be an advantage.
Educational Qualification: Full-time Master's / MBA in Human Resources
