Human Resource Specialist - Gems & Jewellery

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist to join our team in Mumbai.

This role requires a versatile HR professional who can manage core HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, HR policies, and other HR functions tailored for the Gems & Jewellery sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill manpower requirements.

- Support onboarding and induction of new employees to ensure a seamless joining experience.

- Handle employee engagement initiatives and support a positive work culture.

- Administer HR policies, procedures, and ensure compliance with labor laws.

- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.

- Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances effectively and professionally.

- Maintain accurate HR records, employee databases, and HR MIS reports.

- Collaborate with management on workforce planning and talent management strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- MBA/PGDM in HR, Business Administration, or any related specialization.

- 3-5 years of relevant experience as an HR Generalist or HR Executive, preferably in the Gems & Jewellery industry.

- Strong understanding of HR practices, policies, and employment laws.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
