Human Resource Manager - Talent & Operations
Job Description:
- We are seeking a highly organized, professional, and experienced Human Resource Manager to oversee the core functions of talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
- This role is crucial for ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a positive and engaging work environment, and supporting the continuous development of our workforce.
- The Manager will be responsible for the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and policy adherence, serving as a key internal partner to employees and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition and Selection Management: Strategically manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including drafting compelling and technically accurate job postings, performing advanced resume screening, coordinating detailed interview schedules, and executing thorough reference checks to ensure high-quality talent acquisition.
- Onboarding and Integration Coordination: Design and administer comprehensive new employee onboarding and orientation programs using structured workflows and resources to facilitate the seamless integration of new hires into the organizational culture and functional teams.
- HRIS and Records Management: Manage and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
- Ensure strict compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal labor laws and regulatory reporting requirements concerning employee data confidentiality and retention.
- Performance Management System Support: Actively support the organization's performance management processes, including the administration of annual/cyclical goal setting frameworks, facilitating structured performance evaluations, and assisting managers and employees in drafting effective employee development plans (IDPs).
- Employee Relations and Issue Resolution: Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
- Provide timely, confidential, and effective resolution to workplace conflicts, disciplinary matters, and policy clarification requests, applying fair and consistent practices.
- Training and Development Program Execution: Organize, coordinate, and track training and development initiatives (e., technical skills workshops, leadership training, compliance modules) to proactively enhance employee skills, capabilities, and professional career progression across the organization.
- Policy Implementation and Compliance: Support the effective implementation of all HR policies and procedures ( code of conduct, leave, attendance, benefits).
- Conduct periodic audits and provide guidance to managers to ensure uniform and complete adherence across the organization.
- HR Systems and Database Maintenance: Contribute to the continuous maintenance and technical improvement of HR systems and databases (HRIS/ATS), ensuring data integrity, system security, and optimal functionality to support streamlined HR operations.
- Employee Engagement and Culture Development: Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives (surveys, team-building events, recognition programs) designed to actively foster and maintain a positve, inclusive, and highly productive work culture.
- Cross-Functional HR Project Collaboration: Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams (e., Finance, IT, Operations) to support and drive various HR-related projects and strategic initiatives as required (e., benefits review, system upgrades, organizational restructuring).
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment, including resume screening, interviewing techniques, and ATS utilization.
- Solid working knowledge of core HR functions, including performance management, employee relations, and training coordination.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in utilizing and maintaining HR Information Systems (HRIS) and employee databases.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills for handling employee inquiries and disciplinary matters.
Preferred Skills - Certification in Human Resources ( SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Experience in administering or supporting specific performance review software (360-degree feedback tools).
- Technical proficiency in data analysis using MS Excel to generate HR metrics and reports on recruitment, turnover, and engagement.
- Familiarity with contemporary employee engagement platforms and survey methodologies.
- Experience supporting the implementation of a new HR policy framework or organizational restructuring
