Role Overview:

As a HR Business Partner, you will be a strategic partner to business leaders, translating business objectives into effective HR strategies. You will work closely with various teams, including leadership, managers, and employees, to provide guidance and support on all HR-related matters. Your contributions will directly impact employee engagement, talent development, and overall organizational performance, driving a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and develop HR plans that align with those goals.

- Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of company policies and procedures.

- Drive talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs, to build a high-performing workforce.

- Lead employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive work environment, resulting in increased employee satisfaction and retention.

- Manage the performance management process, providing coaching and support to managers and employees to improve performance and achieve business objectives.

- Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and insights, and develop recommendations for improvement.

- Collaborate with other HR functions, such as recruitment, compensation, and benefits, to deliver integrated HR solutions to the business.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
