About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic, self-starter, and street-smart Business HR professional to join our client's HR team in Mumbai. This role will be critical in supporting the Senior Business HR partner and managing day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, and grievance redressal. The ideal candidate should possess a deep understanding of employee relations and demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with and assist the Senior Business HR partner in executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances; ensure timely resolution.
- Support in driving employee engagement initiatives and strengthening workplace culture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth employee lifecycle management.
- Maintain and analyze employee data and HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Manage internal HR communications and ensure consistent messaging across employee touchpoints.
- Support performance management and employee development processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3-6 years of relevant experience in Business HR or a generalist HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and employee relations.
- Excellent business communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust and credibility across all levels.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- High emotional intelligence and a strong sense of ownership.
