
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects from concept to commissioning, ensuring alignment with timelines, budgets, and defined objectives.
- Manage front end project planning, project risk management, and change control with end-to-end ownership.
- Monitor project progress against approved plans, identify deviations, and provide timely updates and MIS reports to Engineering Head and Plant Head.
- Ensure strict adherence to Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) standards and statutory compliance across all project phases, including site execution and contractor activities.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, capital expenditure proposals (CAPEX), and cost controls, ensuring optimal utilization of resources and elimination of duplication.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Commercial, HR, Finance) and external parties (consultants, contractors, vendors, government authorities) for seamless execution and approvals.
- Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution through effective collaboration with consultants, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Manage contractor/vendor performance including selection, development, negotiations, work certification, and invoice validation as per agreed contracts.
- Ensure all statutory approvals, licensing, and government liaising activities are completed in a timely manner.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation including drawings, reports, compliance records, and ensure proper handover of completed projects to user departments.
- Drive quality standards in execution by ensuring adherence to specifications, drawings, and best engineering practices.
- Track asset creation, capitalization, and support audits by ensuring proper documentation and closure of audit observations.
- Support continuous improvement by identifying opportunities in project execution, systems, and processes, and implementing best practices.
- Ensure readiness for audits by closing observations related to engineering and project activities within defined timelines.

Qualification:
- BE or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering is preferred for manufacturing projects involving utilities, process equipment, HVAC, piping, material handling systems, safety compliance, and coordination with OEMs and contractors.
Experience:
- Experience in a manufacturing organization is required.
