Role Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team in Thane, India. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in recruiting processes, particularly within the manufacturing sector, and possess a deep understanding of Workday. Knowledge of the packaging industry is an added advantage. The primary focus of this role is to lead talent acquisition efforts for all manufacturing and technical roles in India, ensuring the timely acquisition of top talent and the implementation of best practices. Partner will all the sites in India for all the hiring requirements and processes. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with HR Teams and hiring managers to develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for manufacturing roles across plants in India. - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening candidates to offer management and onboarding. - Utilize Workday to streamline recruitment processes, maintain candidate data, and generate relevant reports and analytics. - Navigate Workday efficiently and follow the process as per recruit - Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Monitor and improve key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality-of-hire. - Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships both within India and at a global level, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. - Stay informed about market trends and talent availability, providing insights to drive decision-making. - Ensure compliance with all recruitment regulations and requirements, including diversity and inclusion initiatives. - Participate in audits and provide necessary data and documentation related to recruitment activities. - Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment, working closely with other HR functions and business units. - Drive Global HR Projects in India with regards to best practices in Talent Acquisition and support in implementing best practices. - Ability to work in a matrix organization and understand the complexities. Qualifications: - Bachelor's / master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations. - Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong focus on manufacturing recruitment. - Expertise in using Workday or similar HRIS platforms for recruitment and analytics, with a deep understanding of Workday functionalities. - Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. - Knowledge of the packaging industry is an added advantage. - Excellent stakeholder management skills, both locally and globally. - Knowledge of recruitment compliance and best practices. - Strong analytical and reporting capabilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. - Team player with a collaborative mindset.
