About the Role:
- Revenue Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to deliver measurable revenue impact from alliances aligned with Hudles growth and monetisation goals.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust sales pipeline with accurate forecasting, regular reporting, and consistent follow-ups to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to design and support co-marketing initiatives, brand campaigns, and activations that enhance partner engagement and joint value.
- Relationship Building: Establish and nurture long-term, senior-level relationships with brand partners, agencies, and stakeholders, driving mutual commercial success.
- Strategic Negotiation: Lead complex contract negotiations with a focus on maximising partnership value while protecting Hudles interests.
- Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and partnership innovations to position Hudle as a preferred partner in sports tech.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated success in deal negotiation, closing, and managing premium brand partnerships.
- Strong business acumen with an ability to blend sales focus and marketing understanding to create compelling partnership propositions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills at senior levels.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work proactively in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Passion for sports and an active lifestyle is a plus, resonating with Hudles brand mission.
