Purpose of Business:  - Client Documentation Group (CDG) provides advice, guidance and support to Global Banking and Markets by negotiating and executing master trading documentation such as the ISDA Master Agreement and Credit Support Annex (foreign exchange and derivatives trading), the Global Master Repurchase Agreement or Master Repurchase Agreement (repo trading) and the Global Master Securities Lending Agreement (securities lending/borrowing) and other industry-standard documentation.  - Ensure that completed documentation provides appropriate credit and legal protection for the Bank.   Job Description:  Mandate - Candidate should know French - Read, write and speak  - To undertake negotiation and execution of Traded Market Documents such as ISDA Master Agreement, CSA, FX Netting Agreement, AFMA & IFEMA, Amendments and FX Give Up Notices. This involves identification of appropriate template, drafting of the agreement based on the request form keeping in mind the home jurisdiction of the counterparty and prevailing laws for APAC regions for CMB clients.   - Prepare draft documents, cover letters, emails, other form of correspondences, execution document version, and any other documents requested by the members of the team  - Required to display Leadership and team work for efficient completion of work.   - The individual will be responsible for the updating all internal database in a timely manner  - Manage proper records of inflow and outflow of original documents, including for execution and archiving purposes.   - Ensuring that documentation information is accurately coded into CLMT System  - Ensuring management information and ad hoc reports are produced in a timely manner  - To support the Global Banking and Markets Relationship Managers in ascertaining the Legal Capacity of the counterparty to enter into a contract for the requested product.   - To provide a standardized way of recording the Legal Capacity Check (LCC)  - The Legal capacity liaises with the Group Legal and RM/CM London, New York and Hong Kong for issues pertaining to legal clarification and client documents.  - Timely, consistent and accurate coding, recording, monitoring and storage of traded market documentation information in accordance with Group and local policies.  - To undertake a detailed check of the constitutional documents for each type of counterparty based on the jurisdiction of the counterparty. This involves examining the constitutional documents, keeping in mind the home jurisdiction of the counterparty and prevailing laws across various geographies around the globe. The counterparties could be Mutual Funds, Pension Funds, Hedge Funds, Banks, State Agencies, Sovereigns, Charities and Trusts, Insurance Funds, and Corporates.  - Required to perform enhanced research and utilize legal and analytical skills and prepare Legal Review Document.  - Each individual will be responsible for each case received until its completion.
