Job Title : HR Strategy & Analytics

Location : Mumbai (Andheri)

Role Summary :

Drive data-driven HR decision-making through workforce analytics, HR reporting, and people insights. Partner with HR and business leaders to analyze workforce trends, optimize HR processes, and support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and analytics reports.

- Analyze workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, diversity, engagement, and productivity.

- Support workforce planning, forecasting, and talent analytics initiatives.

- Manage HRIS platforms and drive HR automation and digitalization projects.

- Generate actionable insights to improve employee experience, retention, and organizational effectiveness.

- Prepare leadership reports and support HR transformation initiatives.

- Ensure data accuracy, governance, compliance, and confidentiality.

Requirements :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in HR Analytics, Workforce Analytics, or People Analytics.

- Strong expertise in Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and HRIS platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, Darwinbox, etc.).

- Knowledge of workforce planning, HR metrics, data visualization, and statistical analysis.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
