This position needs expertise & proven experience in HR service delivery. Complete ownership of process, people & client/stakeholder management. Complete ownness & understanding of account financials, focusing on profitability & abiding with contractual commitment. Constant focus on creating & enhancing client credibility with sustainable methods.

Education & Certification:

- Bachelor / Master's degree in any discipline - HR Preferred

- Advance computer knowledge required (MS-Office, formulas lookups and various reports creation, MIS)

- Proven ability to adapt to new tools by applying logical approach

- Global Certifications of HRO processes

Role & Responsibilities

- HRO Experience - UK/US region

- Team handling experience

- Strong knowledge of Workday

- Ability to Work on a Deadline and handle pressure

- Strong email and voice communication skills

- Strong communication, problem-solving and resolution skills.

- Must be able to multi-task, maintain confidentiality, work independently, and have good organisational skills.

- Leadership ability to drive a team

- Project management skills

- Ability to work under pressure & be pivotal motivation

Working Conditions:

- Occasional extended work hours to meet deadlines.

- Ability to work 24-7 shift timings.
