
Main Purpose:
The HR Projects & Data Analyst will jointly work with HR Program Manager in supporting the HR department by researching, solutioning and delivering on various strategic HR projects, with a special focus on compensation, people analytics and talent management initiatives. The role requires expertise in managing human resource initiatives, compensation benchmarking, and data storytelling to support strategic HR initiatives. The Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams to operationalize HR project solutions, automate HR processes, and deliver robust research to inform talent management, and organizational effectiveness projects.
Key Requirement: Knowledge, Skills and Education:
- 4-6 years' experience in an HR environment in a consultant capacity with areas of expertise in at least 1 specialization would be preferred
- Good to have 2-3 years of experience in Advanced Excel and VBA Macros
- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic and self-directed.
- Collaborated across People COEs to access needs and gaps, and design tailored solutions that support overall people strategy
- MBA or equivalent post graduate degree
- Strong understanding of international compensation regulations, compliance, and market benchmarking with exceptional analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver best in class data / reports aligned with organisational methodology, internal service level agreements, and where applicable, regulatory requirements
- Perform regular audits to ensure data and system integrity. Audit HR data, validate calculations, troubleshoot irregularities & support data governance process
- Complete monthly, quarterly and adhoc HR reporting and data analysis. Respond to data requests from HR and other functions
- Conduct market and benchmark research related to compensation practices and HR trends.
- Managing ad-hoc HR projects, including compensation benchmarking and salary structure design.
- Leading initiatives in organization design and restructuring, job evaluation and grading framework development, competency mapping, and role profiling aligned with organizational needs.
- Develop and implement people analytics frameworks to inform talent management, workforce planning, employee engagement, DEI, and retention strategies
- Continually assess external trends in compensation and HR analytics to recommend best practices and innovative solutions
- Uses available tools and resource materials to provide information and resolve issues and requests. Learns and applies standard procedures and knowledge to develop solutions within established guidelines related to HR functions.
