Our client is a leading MNC with a strong North America footprint and a growing shared services capability in India. As part of their global transformation agenda, they are strengthening their HR operations and total rewards delivery to drive scale, standardisation, and automation.
Location: Mumbai (US-Shift timing)
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead the North America HR operations strategy, delivering end-to-end payroll, benefits, employee data, and shared services
- Build and transform a best-in-class GBS operating model, driving automation, digitisation, process standardisation, and continuous improvement across HR service delivery
- Establish robust governance frameworks, SLAs, controls, and risk management mechanisms while ensuring regulatory compliance and audit readiness across the US, Canada, and Mexico
- Act as a strategic partner to global HR, Total Rewards, Finance, IT, and business leadership, influencing decisions and enabling business growth through data-driven insights
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing, multi-geography team while strengthening leadership capability, customer focus, and a culture of accountability and performance
Ideal Candidate:
-10-15+ years of experience in HR operations, shared services, payroll, and total rewards in global environments
- Strong exposure to North America HR operations, including US payroll and benefits
- Proven track record in building and scaling GBS or shared services delivery and transformation programs
- Hands-on experience with global HRIS and payroll platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, ADP, Ceridian, or UKG
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capability in complex, matrixed organisations
