About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Performance & Talent Management. The role focuses on performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational development to build a performance-driven culture and a strong talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Management & Productivity
- Implement and drive the performance management framework including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback discussions.
- Promote a performance-oriented culture with tracking, manager enablement, and corrective actions.
- Track productivity and implement suitable reward or corrective frameworks.
Talent Management & Leadership Development
- Institutionalize Talent Management frameworks, including high-potential identification, career pathing, and retention strategies.
- Facilitate Individual Development Plans (IDPs) for mid and senior leaders.
- Drive leadership development initiatives: 360- feedback, mentoring, coaching, workshops.
- Encourage internal mobility and job rotations.
Other HR Initiatives:
- Implement behavioral training and OD interventions to enhance productivity and change readiness.
- Support HR policy formulation and change management initiatives.
- Leverage HR analytics for insights and data-driven decision-making.
Core & Functional Competencies:
- Expertise in Performance Management, Talent Management, and Productivity Analysis.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, and change management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS/HR technology platforms, advanced Excel, and HR analytics tools.
Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Analytical thinker with ability to conceptualize and execute HR projects.
- Customer-centric mindset with leadership and people development orientation.
Educational Qualification - Full-time MBA in Human Resources
