
This is not a typical HRBP / L&D role.
We are looking for someone who can build discipline, structure and performance culture in a fast-scaling, service-heavy environment.
Location: Mumbai (Santacruz / Bandra)
Experience: 6-10 years
NON-NEGOTIABLES (Do not apply if these are not met)
- Full-time MBA in HR ONLY (Tier 1 / Tier 2 institutes preferred)
- Experience in hospitality / wellness / luxury retail / service industry ONLY
- Must have handled frontline / blue collar + customer-facing roles hiring
- Strong exposure to KRAs / PMS / performance-driven culture (not just L&D)
- Experience managing payroll, incentives, attendance discipline
- Stable career (minimum 3-4 years average tenure; no frequent job changes)
- No sabbaticals / long unexplained gaps
- Currently employed candidates preferred
- Comfortable working from Santacruz / Bandra (no remote / hybrid mindset)
Candidates from IT / product / startup HR / pure COE / L&D-heavy roles will not work
Profiles without clear industry alignment will be rejected
Role Expectation (What you will actually be doing)
- Own end-to-end hiring across centres (FOH, therapists, ops, leadership)
- Bring structure and discipline into a high-touch service environment
- Implement KRAs, PMS, accountability frameworks (from scratch or scale-up)
- Drive attendance, payroll, incentives and compliance rigor
- Build clear org structures, role clarity and reporting discipline
- Work closely with Founders / Ops / Finance on people decisions
- Identify gaps and fix execution issues on ground (not just policy creation)
This role requires a hands-on operator, not a policy writer
