As they continue to scale their global HR operations, they are looking to bring in a strong HR leader to drive Shared Services and HR Operations across regions.

Mumbai/Chennai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HR Shared Services operations across multiple countries, ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to SLAs and KPIs.
- Oversee India HR Operations, including employee lifecycle processes, policies, benefits, payroll, and vendor management.
- Drive process improvement, standardization, automation, and service excellence across HR operations.
- Partner with global HR stakeholders on HRIS enhancements, system implementations, and operational governance.
- Lead adoption of AI and digital solutions to improve HR service delivery, case management, and reporting.
Ideal Candidate:
- HR professional with 15+ years of experience, with strong exposure to HR Shared Services, HR Operations, or HR Service Delivery.
- Proven experience leading HR Operations/Shared Services teams in a global or multi-country environment.
- Strong understanding of SLA/KPI management, process improvement, automation, HRIS, payroll, benefits, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence.
- Exposure to M&A integration and AI/digital HR solutions would be an advantage.
