CHRO/HR Head - Logistics/Manufacturing Role Overview: We are looking for an experienced and dynamic CHRO / People Lead to build and scale our People function. This role involves leading hiring, culture-building, organizational design, performance management, and people operations. The ideal candidate has scaled teams in fast-paced startup environments, especially post-Series A, and worked across diverse functions like engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Team Growth: - Drive hiring across technical, manufacturing, and business roles - Build fast, high-quality recruiting pipelines - Design compensation structures and hiring playbooks People Strategy & Org Design: - Define and evolve organizational structure with leadership - Build succession plans and leadership development programs - Create systems for onboarding, performance reviews, and career progression Culture & Team Health: - Embed and scale company values - Create systems to support accountability, ownership, and psychological safety - Handle conflict resolution, feedback, and employee wellness People Operations & Compliance: - Set up HR systems and ensure compliance for India and global teams - Manage payroll, benefits, ESOPs, and labor law compliance - Collaborate with external partners (legal, finance, consultants, recruiters) Requirements: - 10+ years of HR/People experience - Led HR at least twice in growth-stage startups (Series A-C) - Hands-on experience in hiring for hardware/manufacturing teams - Scaled organizations from 30 to 200+ people - Strong operational skills with a bias for execution - High emotional intelligence and decision-making ability - Experience working with both founder-led startups and larger structured organizations Bonus (Nice to Have): - Exposure to global HR and compliance (especially US/UAE) - Experience with early employer branding and campus hiring - Background in setting up factory HR or managing blue-collar workforces
