Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist About the job: We're hiring for the role of Talent Acquisition & HR Generalist for a Business Consulting Startup based out in Mumbai. The company is funded by Nexus Venture Partners and have offices spread across US, India and Middle East. RESPONSIBILTIES: 1. Work closely with management on all diversity initiatives involving recruitment to ensure fairness in hiring practices 2. Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, and job portals. 3. Actively work towards building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization 4. Meet the hiring requirements and have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company 5. Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives. 6. Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies. 7. Bridging Management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances and other issues. 8. Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise. 9. Managing end to end employee cycle including background verification of employee, exit formalities and documentation. 10. Coordinate with the members of the technical department. 11. Setting KPIs and KRAs. 12. Guiding and consulting the vendors and other team members. 13. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. 14. Undertake tasks around performance management. 15. Maintain employee files and records in electronic form. 16. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities. REQUIREMENTS AND SKILLS: 1. Proven experience as an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition. 2. Outstanding knowledge of MS Office 3. Excellent communication and people skills. 4. Aptitude in problem-solving. 5. Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach.
