Urgent Requirement for a Startup in Hyderabad
Position: HR Generalist
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5-8 Years
Monday - Saturday (2nd Saturday is off)
Role Summary:
Looking for an HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations in a startup environment, supporting business growth, workforce planning, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complete employee lifecycle (hire to exit)
- Drive workforce planning and scalability
- Handle performance management processes
- Design and implement HR policies and ensure compliance
- Lead senior-level hiring using platforms like LinkedIn and job portals
- Work on compensation structures, incentives, and ESOP models
- Support employee engagement and culture building
Requirements:
- 5+ years of general HR experience
- Experience in startup or high-growth environments preferred
- Knowledge of HR compliance and policy design
- Strong recruitment and stakeholder management skills
