As the year draws to a close, we are supporting a globally respected educational institute in identifying a strong Human Resources Generalist (4-12 years of experience) to join their people leadership team.
This role is ideal for HR professionals who enjoy a balance of strategic HR partnership and hands-on operational execution, and who value an inclusive, multicultural work environment.
Role Highlights
The HR Generalist will work closely with the Director to drive people processes and ensure operational excellence across the school:
- HR operations including employee data, contracts, leave management and compliance
- Policy reviews, process optimisation and annual HR calendar management
- HR data analysis & reporting using AI/digital tools for efficiency and decision-making
- End-to-end recruitment and onboarding with continuous improvement of hiring practices
- Employee engagement and culture-building initiatives aligned with institutional values
- Support toward learning & development, including mapping skill gaps and tracking outcomes

Qualification Snapshot
- Bachelor's degree in HR / Business / Psychology or related field
- 4-12 years of relevant HR experience (Generalist / HR Ops / HRBP)
- MBA preferred but not mandatory for candidates with robust practical exposure
