Job Title: HR Data Analyst - Facility Industries
Location: - Noida RO
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse HR and workforce data to provide actionable insights.
- Track metrics like turnover, absenteeism, recruitment efficiency, and performance.
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
- Support workforce planning, talent management, and retention strategies.
- Identify trends and recommend HR process improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field.

- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau).
