Job Description:

UpGrad is building its HR Consulting vertical and is looking for dynamic HR Consultants to join the team. This is a client-facing individual contributor role, ideal for professionals with strong HR fundamentals and a flair for stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with clients to understand HR challenges and provide consulting solutions

- Drive HR initiatives across talent management, org design, and HR strategy

- Manage end-to-end client engagement and delivery

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution

- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and presentations

Requirements:

- 3-4 years of experience in HR (Sales HR experience preferred)

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Ability to work in a client-facing, fast-paced environment

- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills

Reporting To : Partner

Working Days : 5 days/week
