About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and business-oriented HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our leadership team and drive people strategy aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have strong experience partnering with stakeholders, managing end-to-end HR operations, and supporting a high-performance culture within a financial services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and managers
- Drive workforce planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, performance reviews, and exits
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes
- Support talent management initiatives including succession planning and capability building
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and internal governance
- Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Support change management and organizational development initiatives
Desired Candidate Profile:
- MBA in HR or equivalent qualification
- 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a similar role (preferably in Wealth Management / BFSI)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Hands-on experience with performance management, employee relations, and HR operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, business-driven environment
- Immediate joiner is mandatory
