HR Business Partner - Telecommunication & Digital Infrastructure Firm

We are looking to hire a HRBP professional for a reputed Telecommunication & Digital Infrastructure Co based in Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities

HR Business Partnering:

1) Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and functional heads.

2) Drive employee lifecycle management, workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.

3) Provide HR advisory and solutions on performance, employee relations, organization structure and people-related matters.

4) Partner with leadership on organizational effectiveness and change management initiatives.

HR Technology & Digitalization:

1) Lead and implement HR technology and digital transformation initiatives.

2) Identify opportunities to automate and streamline HR processes using technology.

3) Drive adoption and optimization of digital HR platforms and tools.

4) Evaluate new HR technology solutions to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.

HR Analytics & MIS:

1) Develop and leverage HR dashboards, analytics and workforce insights for business decision-making.

2) Analyze employee trends, attrition, hiring, performance, engagement and workforce costs.

3) Establish HR metrics and KPIs and present actionable insights to senior management.

4) Use data-driven approaches to identify people risks and opportunities.

HRMS:

1) Manage and optimize HRMS platforms across employee lifecycle processes.

2) Ensure data accuracy, process integration and effective utilization of HR systems.

3) Collaborate with HR, IT and vendors for HRMS enhancements, automation and system implementation.

4) Support HRMS reporting, workflow automation and process standardization.

Talent Management:

1) Drive talent management, succession planning and critical talent identification initiatives.

2) Support performance management and career development programs.

3) Develop and implement talent retention and employee development strategies.

4) Partner with business leaders to build talent pipelines and strengthen organizational capabilities.
