The role is Heading and Building HR and Team for a New Tech Venture of an established Agri Commodity Group
Preference - Experience in Startup / Tech /AI companies
Location: Navi Mumbai
Education:
- Full time 2-year PG HR from a T1 institute(Mandatory).
- Graduation in Computer Science desirable.
Experience: Up to 4 to 8 yrs
Reporting: Business Head
Key responsibilities:
- Strong Tech Talent acquisition (various levels) is Mandatory
- Framing HR policies
- Compensation and benefits structuring
- HR compliance
- Performance Management
- Preparing the HR budget in alignment with the business plan and ensuring high quality, on time and cost-effective hiring in line with the laid down process/ SOP.
- The incumbent is expected to attain a comprehensive understanding of the businesses in terms of the drivers of success, particularly those dependent on people contributions and to proactively design, propose and execute initiatives for talent development (L&D), talent acquisition and mitigating people risks.
- To work closely with the central HR team, business leaders and employees to implement the Performance Management system (PMS).
- To design and implement effective and consistent employee engagement initiatives with measurable outcomes/ Return on Investment.
- Compliance with applicable employment laws and timely redressal of employee grievances.
- Providing timely inputs to the HR team for policy formulation and implementing HR policies in a fair, objective and unbiased manner.
- Maintaining up to date HR MIS in terms of key HR metrics with the objective of sharing time bound reports with businesses/central HR to support decision making and also to continuously monitor the effectiveness of HR service delivery.
- To be the champion for the adoption of Digital HR practices in the partnered businesses (e.g HRMS)
- Assisting with budget monitoring and providing payroll inputs for timely and accurate salary payment.

- Besides proficiency on the professional side, should have a strong and persuasive communication style and ability to effectively represent the function/ Company while interacting with internal/ external stakeholders
- As a member of the HR Team, should demonstrate high energy, ownership and a decisive decision-making style with a keen analytical mindset
- Should be confident and presentable with good interpersonal skills to handle demanding stakeholders and manage conflict situations.
- Effective time management with a mindset to deliver as per commitment.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with an engaging style of communication to have meaningful dialogue to elicit the confidence of stakeholders.
- The incumbent must be able to add value to business with a partnership approach which promotes a wholistic mindset
- Should be open to work in fast pace StartUp environment .
