Experience Required:x
- 1 to 3 years as an HRBP or TA Specialist
Education (Mandatory): MBA from a Tier 1, 2 Institute (Batches 2021, 2022, or 2023)

End-to-End Talent Acquisition Leadership:
- Recruitment Strategy: Drive the entire talent acquisition lifecycle across diverse retail functions, including store operations, corporate roles, and specialized teams.
- Pipeline Development: Proactively build strong, sustainable talent pipelines using innovative sourcing strategies to meet current and future organizational demand, especially for high-volume and critical roles.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively manage expectations and drive accountability with senior business leaders throughout the hiring process, ensuring a seamless and efficient candidate experience.
