Job Title: HR Business Partner + Talent Acquisition

About the Role:
This HR Business Partner + Talent Acquisition role offers a unique blend of strategic HR partnering and hands-on talent acquisition responsibilities for a major office in Mumbai. The position involves managing HR initiatives, employee relations, and recruitment to support business growth and operational efficiency.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage the employee life cycle for approximately 150 employees at the Mumbai office.
- End-to-end recruitment for Mumbai business service lines and support functions, including sourcing, screening, onboarding, and exits.
- Support pan-India hiring needs for critical roles as required.
- Maintain strong employee relations through regular one-on-one meetings and team engagement activities.
- Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives across different teams.
- Act as a strategic HR business partner to Service Line Heads, suggesting HR interventions to improve business performance.
- Assist leadership with workforce planning, competitive mapping, retention strategies, and training needs analysis.
- Address employee issues promptly, conducting investigations when necessary.
- Utilize data-driven HR metrics and dashboards to analyze performance and retention trends.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and statutory requirements.

- Track record of leveraging HR data and insights to drive business impact.

Team Size Managed: Approximately 150 employees
