HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition - FMCG

We're retained by a leading FMCG company to find a TA Business Partner who can do both someone who's as comfortable driving campus hiring as they are sitting across the table providing hiring insights to business leaders.

What you'll own:

- End-to-end recruitment across levels, including campus hiring.

- Workforce planning, talent pipelining, and competency-based hiring.

- Strategic partnership with business leaders on talent planning, engagement, and performance management.

- Recruitment dashboards and ATS data that actually drive decisions.

- Stakeholder relationships that push continuous improvement across HR.

- Lead Employer Branding & Candidate Experience.

What we're looking for:

- MBA in HR, 8-10 years across TA and HRBP.

- FMCG / Consumer / Manufacturing MNC background non-negotiable.

- Proven strategic hiring, campus recruitment, and stakeholder management chops.

- Comfortable hiring across levels.
