HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition - BFSI

- Lead end-to-end hiring across levels

- Partner with business leaders on org needs, workforce planning, employee development

- Support and execute HR projects, policies, and people interventions

- Drive stakeholder management across senior leadership

- Bring a growth mindset and a solution-oriented approach to all HR issues

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 8+ years of HR experience

- Strong exposure to TA + HRBP, comfortable being a doer

- Sector fit: AMC preferred, else BFSI

- Hungry to learn, hands-on, thrives in a non-9-to-5 environment

- Tier 2 / Tier 3 college backgrounds are perfectly acceptable

- Someone with long-term orientation and maturity to scale with the organisation

- Strong stakeholder management; experience running HR projects end-to-end
