A leading name in healthcare excellence, is seeking a high-caliber HR Business Partner (HRBP) - Strategy & Projects to join the Human Resources team. This role is designed for an HR professional with a strong strategic orientation, exceptional project management capability and the ability to influence and partner with senior leaders.
The HRBP will act as a trusted advisor to business leadership, driving people strategies and high-impact projects that strengthen organizational effectiveness, talent capability and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to translate business goals into HR strategies & actionable plans.
- Provide strategic insights on workforce planning, talent deployment and organizational design to enhance business performance.
- Manage key strategic HR projects focused on organizational effectiveness, culture transformation and process excellence.
- Drive initiatives around digital HR, talent analytics and employee experience improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution, alignment with business outcomes and measurable impact.
- Closely work with the CHRO for succession planning, career development and performance enablement for critical roles.
- Facilitate leadership engagement and strengthen the performance-driven culture across the hospital.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and organizational belonging.
- Analyze feedback and engagement metrics, translating insights into actionable strategies.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, promoting the hospital's values and commitment to excellence.
Candidate Profile
- Education: Full-time MBA/PG in Human Resources from a reputed Tier-1 or Tier-2 business school.
- Experience: 2-4 years of HR experience with exposure to strategic HR, business partnering, or transformation projects. Experience in healthcare, service, or other high-engagement environments is an advantage.
